1. How to request deletion or correction
Email hello@redki.ke with your name and Redki case reference. Share only the minimum contact detail needed for Redki to match the request. Redki may verify your identity before changing or deleting sensitive case information.
You may also use this channel to withdraw service-contact consent or request a report correction.
2. Default pilot deadline
Redki schedules pilot operational data for deletion or de-identification 90 days after the report is delivered or the case is closed. The assigned operator records the closure date and deletion deadline, and the QA or privacy reviewer confirms completion.
3. Limited holds
Redki may retain only the necessary data for longer while a dispute, refund, security investigation, accounting requirement, or legal duty remains open. The case should record the hold reason, restricted scope, owner, and next review date.
When the hold ends, Redki deletes or de-identifies the operational data that is no longer required.
4. What deletion changes
Deletion may cover contact details, diagnostic evidence, working notes, and private report copies where no valid hold applies. Redki may keep a minimal audit or financial record when required, with access restricted.
The assisted pilot does not create a public certificate by default. If an older certificate exists, contact Redki so any correction, revocation, or removal can be handled safely.
